Absolutely tough reading, but anything worth reading is. This book - thoughtfully considered and well digested - will change the way you think about human relationships, family dynamics, church work, and ministry with kids. Read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest.
And, Rene' - that is a great point on staff - we expect all of them to be thinking and reading at a minimum a college level. If they can't do that, they are on the wrong staff. Well said!
